You chose a great community college and now you need to find housing at SBCC. Are grades more important to your future than living in a party zone?  If so, how will you choose the right place when it is all owned by private landlords? If you want to stay away from the rowdy party scene and be close to campus and live in a student apartment condo, we provide everything. These Student Condos provide a non-party environment, furnished rooms, kitchen supplies, inside washer/dryer, utilities and more. If your goal is beyond SBCC, this is a great place to live, study, relax and succeed for any student!

ANot a party place

Finding the right student housing at Santa Barbara City College (SBCC) is a critical step toward a great four-year university. But if you get caught up in the college party scene and don't get the grades, your choices will be limited. Be smart and put yourself in the right environment.

Living here while attending SBCC gives you an advantage: no crazy parties, no smoking, no drama and a short walk to campus. Study, relax, succeed!

BWALK to SBCC

These condos are a short two-block walk to Santa Barbara City College (SBCC). No need to drive your car or ride your bike (bikes are not allowed on campus). Less travel time means more study time, more free time, more sleep and better grades!

Just a block away is a market with fresh fruits and vegetables and fresh-cooked meals--or ride your bike six blocks to State Street for tons of options.

CEverything included

All SBCC student apartments / condos here are furnished with bed, desk, dresser, couches, etc. Kitchens are equipped with appliances, pots, pans, dishes and filtered water. Each unit is stocked with commonly shared supplies, like TP, paper towels, surface wipes, laundry soap, and cooking oil and free use of washer and dryer.

Best of all, you'll get to sign your OWN LEASE so it won't affect you if one of the housemates fails to pay the rent on time.
